Problem Note 58223: Publishing a model project to SAP HANA SPS 09 gives "CLI error trying to establish connection ... No connection could be made ... LIBNAME ... " errors

In SAS® Model Manager, when you publish a model project to SAP HANA SPS 09 and higher, an error is displayed:
ERROR: CLI error trying to establish connection: [SAP AG][LIBODBCHDBDLL][HDBODBC]
Communication link failure;-10709 Connection failed (RTE:[89006] System call 'connect' failed, rc=10061:
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it)
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
The problem occurs because SAP HANA Applied Function Library (AFL) can be run only on TENANT Database for HANA SPS 09 and higher. To run, you need to supply two port numbers. However, SAS Model Manager enables you to specify only one port number (Instance number).

After you apply the hot fix, SAS Model Manager supports publishing a model project to SAP HANA SPS 09 and higher. The hot fix enables you to specify the second port number using the server field with the following format:
